Today, beauty stores make it so easy to spend tons of money on makeup. Even though I wear makeup practically everyday (besides going to the gym or lazy Sundays), I am not a huge fan of paying crazy prices for most of my products. Walking into Sephora can easily mean spending over one hundred dollars. I’m definitely willing to spend a bit more money for certain products like foundation, but there are so many other products that you can easily save money on! Today I’m going to share my top makeup finds on a budget. This post contains affiliate links.
L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara
Before I discovered this mascara, I had been using one by CoverGirl for years. Last year over the summer, I began to see bloggers and magazines post like crazy about this mascara, so I had to try it! I’m so glad I did because this is definitely my go-to now. It has a great brush with soft bristles that help the formula glide on smoothly and evenly. The brush also does a great job at separately your lashes. I love the overall look of this mascara and for only $9.99 you can’t go wrong!
Maybelline Line Stiletto Ultimate Precision Liquid Eyeliner
I’m very picky about my eyeliner, but once I found this one, it well exceeded my expectations. I’ve never been good at using regular pencil eyeliner, so I stick to liquid. This one has a great felt-tip that makes applying it quick and easy. You can apply more or less pressure depending on how thick you want your line to be, which is great for a variety of occasions.
CoverGirl Tru Naked Eyeshadow Palette
This palette comes in a few different shades (nudes, goldens, and and roses). Personally, I have the goldens palette and it is my absolute favorite. It has a couple nude non-shimmery colors that are perfect for daytime, and the rest of the more shimmery colors are perfect for an evening look. I like these colors because they are easy to blend with each other and not too dramatic. Right now, you can get this palette for less than $10, which is amazing!
CoverGirl Melting Pout Liquid Lipstick
This one is great– it goes on like a lip gloss but then feels like a lipstick. It has a satiny finish and won’t make your lips sticky, and that’s always a bonus. Whenever I wear this, it stays on really well and I don’t really have to reapply that much at all. I currently have the Gel-Ful color but this liquid lipstick comes in a wide variety of nice colors!
These are some of my favorite makeup finds on a budget! There are definitely ways to find good makeup for less.
